Hier soir, j’avais écouté vaguement  un cover d’Iris (Goo goo dolls) par Sleeping with Sirens, quelque chose de doux, simple qui rend cette chanson tout bonnement magnifique. Puis, étant encore sous le charme de la chanson, j’ai cherché d’autres acoustiques du même groupe pour apprendre qu’aujourd'hui  est sortis leur nouvel EP, 5 de leurs chansons réadaptées pour l’acoustique, en tout. J’ai encore des frissons après son écoute. C’est comme-ci la voix de Kellin Quinn était tout simplement FAITE pour l’acoustique. Attention, ne me méprenez pas, j’aime également tout ce qu’il s font de plus « post hardcore », mais cet EP rajoute à leurs chansons un autre univers plus mélancolique, plus doux, et la voix de Kellin s’y adapte parfaitement. ‘James Dean & Audrey Hepburn’ rend si bien à l’acoustique que je m’efforce d’essayer de l’apprendre depuis ce matin. Sauf que moi, j’ai pas la voix de Kellin:dommage. Sans oublier que cette chanson est parfaite à écouter avant de dormir :').
